This formula is also useful when lower levels of certain nutrients, such as protein and fat, are indicated due to conditions such as kidney disease and pancreatitis. Holistique Blendz® can be used as a nutritionally balanced base, to which additional raw (or cooked) meat, vegetables or canned food can be added, if desired. The unique blend of fish, grains, vegetables and herbs also make this food an excellent choice for dogs with food allergies. Solid Gold® dry food is packaged in the revolutionary foil “barrier” packaging that keeps the food fresher for a longer period of time, maintains palatability and helps to sustain the potency of valuable vitamins and other nutrients.
